Diploma/degree confirmation
If you have completed your studies please upload the official degree documents. If the university has not yet issued the degree certificate, submit the official confirmation of completion.
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree certificates in Europe are normally accompanied by a Diploma Supplement / HEAR report. Please upload PDFs of the Diploma Supplement / HEAR report and the degree certificate. If the academic record is part of the Diploma Supplement / HEAR report, the latter can be uploaded under “academic record” instead of a transcript.

The final academic transcript should show all work completed and the conferral date of the degree.
Please upload the official documents in English or German here, if these were issued by the university in English or German. (This applies to all degrees, regardless of the country where they were earned.)
If your university issues academic records in more than one language, e.g. Chinese and English, all versions must be uploaded separately.
If your transcript is not issued in German, English, French or Italian you must upload an official English translation.
Italy: We prefer to have your transcript in English. If your university does not issue an English version, however, please upload the Italian version in place of the English/German version. A translation is not required.
France: We prefer to have your transcript in English, in addition to the French version. If your university issues transcripts in French and English please upload both versions separately. If your university only issues transcripts in French, please upload the French version in place of the English/German version. A translation is not required.

Confirmation of studies
If you have not yet completed your studies, please upload the confirmation of study status / certificate of matriculation. These normally describe the type of prospective degree, the subject, the current semester, the normal duration of studies, whether studies are full- or part-time, and (potentially) the prospective date of completion.
Up-to-date Transcript of records

The official Transcript must list all courses attended, including details of weekly hours/credits and grades. If a degree programme did not involve examinations and/or no academic record was issued, an official verification by the university is required in the place of the academic record.

Course contents
Not all degree programmes require a description of previous course content in their application procedures. Please check the requirements of the desired Master's degree programme before you apply.
If the degree programme requires a description of teaching content this will be displayed automatically in the application form, together with specific details.

For the Applied MathematicMSc/Mathematics MSc you have to fill out additionally a study specific course Downloadcontent form. (PDF, 1.4 MB)vertical_align_bottom
Please fill out the form according to the specification of the degree programme. Please note: only use the Adobe Acrobat Reader to edit the form. It does not work in other PDF viewers.
If you have not yet completed your studies it is important that you also list the courses still to be attended in chronological order. Please refer questions on course content directly to the respective degree programme.
